Mindfulness
Mindfulness entails bringing curious attention to present moment experiences – observing thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment. It's a way of being more fully alive to the unfolding of life.
UX
UX work is the practice of understanding how people interact with products, services, and systems, using uthose insights to design experiences that are meaningful, accessible, and that serve genuine human needs.
Meditation practice
Meditation involves the intentional training of one’s attention. It helps to develop clarity, stability, and a deeper understanding of one’s own condition. In turn, such understanding can cultivate genuine compassion for oneself and others.
Mindful UX
Mindful UX is an approach to understanding and designing human experiences that combines the present-moment awareness of mindfulness, the compassion-building qualities of meditation practice, and the human-centered methods of UX work – creating space for deeper insights, more thoughtful design decisions, and experiences that genuinely serve people's wellbeing.
